Del-Bel-Belluz nets hat trick, leads Toronto Bulldogs to 4-1 win over Saskatchewan Jr. Pats

Luca Del-Bel-Belluz lifted Toronto Bulldogs to a 4-1 victory with a hat trick against Saskatchewan Jr. Pats.

Del-Bel-Belluz's first goal came 10:02 into the first period. He then added goals at 7:06 into the second and at 3:02 into the third.

Toronto Bulldogs did not rack up many penalties in the contest, racking up only one minor for two minutes in penalty time.

Brett Harrison also scored for Toronto Bulldogs. More assists for Toronto Bulldogs came via Owain Johnston and Zacharie Giroux, who contributed one a piece.

Saskatchewan Jr. Pats did not challenge the opposing netminder, only getting nine shots on net to force eight saves.

Saskatchewan Jr. Pats was led by Cole Sillinger, who scored the team's only goal. Sillinger scored on the power play 11:53 into the second period to make the score 3-1 Toronto Bulldogs. Saskatchewan Jr. Pats had taken the advantage when Toronto Bulldogs' Tyler Hunt got sent off for body checking. Blake Heward assisted on the tally.

Will Jones recorded eight saves for Toronto Bulldogs. Toronto Bulldogs registered zero goals on two power play opportunities. Saskatchewan Jr. Pats' Drayden Ramage stopped 23 shots out of the 27 that he faced. Saskatchewan Jr. Pats incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
