Team California's Nisbet deadly on offense in 6-3 win against Team Michigan

Mick Nisbet was all over the ice for Team California, as he tallied two goals in Team California's 6-3 win over Team Michigan.

Nisbet scored at 15:46 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Team Michigan and again while 3:57 into the second to make the score 2-2.

Team California excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances.

Team California also got a goal from Max Kilkuts as well. More assists for Team California came via Mikko Kivinen, Marcus Mollica, Adam Shaner, Luc Gradisar, John Godfrey, and Drew Punnett, who contributed one a piece.

Team Michigan was helped by Chris Beck, who tallied one goal. Beck scored short handed 13:44 into the second period to make the score 3-3. Team Michigan found itself down a man on Michael Ritter's hooking. Austin Murray assisted on the tally. Jared Pike also scored for Team Michigan.

Cole Semchak made nine saves before being replaced by Danny Kowalski, who took the win and made nine saves. Team California incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Nick Light took the loss and made 20 saves before being replaced by Matthew MacInnis who made zero saves. Team Michigan incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
