New York Apple Core squeaks by Bay State Breakers, 4-3

The game between New York Apple Core and Bay State Breakers was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end New York Apple Core emerged with a 4-3 win.

Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and James Delahanty secured the win for New York Apple Core with a goal in the third period.

The win gave New York Apple Core a 1-0 lead in the best of one series.

Dillon Radin had a great game for New York Apple Core, netting two goals. Radin's tallies came at 18:25 into the first period to make the score 1-1 and 11:04 into the third to make the score 3-3.

Bay State Breakers was unable to stop New York Apple Core from sending pucks towards the net, and New York Apple Core eventually piled up 31 shots on goal. New York Apple Core got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game.

Phil Laurelli also scored for New York Apple Core. Other players who recorded assists for New York Apple Core were Andrew Cunningham and Brian OSullivan, who contributed one a piece.

Bay State Breakers' offense rang up 33 shots on New York Apple Core's net.

Bay State Breakers was helped by Cameron Miglietta, who had one goal. Miglietta scored 8:40 into the third period to make the score 3-2 Bay State Breakers. Tyler Becker assisted on the tally. Bay State Breakers additionally got points from Becker, who also tallied one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Bay State Breakers also got a goal from Eric Covell as well. In addition, Bay State Breakers received assists from Bryan Bachelder and Alexander Weibeler, who each chipped in one.

Madison Martin rejected 30 shots on goal for New York Apple Core. New York Apple Core incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Keith Inman recorded 27 saves for Bay State Breakers. Bay State Breakers incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors.
