Saari, Bay State Breakers blank Philadelphia Revolution, 7-0

Kirby Saari was superb between the pipes for Bay State Breakers, as he did not allow a goal in a 7-0 victory over Philadelphia Revolution.

The win gave Bay State Breakers a 1-0 lead in the best of one series.

Eric Covell was all over the ice for Bay State Breakers, as he tallied two goals and two assists in the win. Covell scored the first of his two goals at 17:13 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Bay State Breakers. Mason Sloan picked up the assist. Covell's next tally made the score 6-0 Bay State Breakers with 8:57 left in the third period.

Philadelphia Revolution was unable to stop Bay State Breakers from sending pucks towards the net, and Bay State Breakers eventually piled up 48 shots on goal. Bay State Breakers' defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in two goals.

Bay State Breakers additionally got points from Cameron MacDonald, who also finished with two goals and one assist and Sean Doherty, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Bay State Breakers also got a goal from George McCafferty as well.
