The Amarillo Bulls' Matt Sieckhaus scored 3:12 into overtime to beat the Jamestown Ironmen, 2-1 (OT).

The win gave Amarillo a 1-0 lead in the best of one series.

The Bulls were led by Sieckhaus, who grabbed one goal.

Amarillo's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Jamestown power plays.

Mike Davis also scored for Amarillo. In addition, Amarillo received assists from Geoff Fortman, Dan McNamara, Omar Mullan, and Hampus Gustafsson, who each chipped in one.

Jamestown was led by Matthew Crockett, who scored the team's only goal. Crockett scored 13:27 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Jamestown. Ross Pavek assisted on the tally.

The Bulls' Paul Berrafato stopped 17 shots out of the 18 that he faced. Amarillo incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Joe Ballmer rejected 18 shots on goal for the Ironmen. Jamestown incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
