Adam Wood recorded a shutout against the Port Hope Panthers as the Picton Pirates picked up a 7-0 win. The win by Picton clinched the best of seven series at 4-1. The Pirates got the win with help from a great game by Brian Bunnett, who had one goal and three assists. Bunnett scored 1:18 into the third period to make the score 4-0 Picton. Geoff Cleminson picked up the assist. Picton excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in six chances.
