The Uxbridge Bruins' Matt Paul scored 3:22 into overtime to beat the Port Perry Mojacks, 3-2 (OT). After the loss made the series score 3-0 in the best of seven series, Port Perry faces elimination next time out. Uxbridge pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 16 penalty minutes. The Mojacks' Jeff Julien could not handle what the Bruins threw at him, as Uxbridge netted its goals off of three. The Bruins were helped by Korey Brand, who had one goal. Brand scored 5:36 into to make the score 3-3. Marco Mastrangelo assisted on the tally. Uxbridge additionally got points from Justin Bean, who also grabbed one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Jarett Smith also scored for Uxbridge. Other players who recorded assists for Uxbridge were Patrick Morgan, Steve Doutsis, and Tim Bierema, who contributed one a piece. Port Perry did not challenge the opposing netminder, only getting three shots on net to force one save. Port Perry also got points from Brodie Meyers, who also finished with one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. In addition, Port Perry received assists from Kyler Challis, Logan Evans, and Matt Murray, who each chipped in one. Uxbridge registered one goal on four power play opportunities. The Mojacks incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
