Texas Tornado 16U almost clawed its way back from a three-goal deficit, but San Jose Jr. Sharks 16U managed to pull out a 6-4 win in the end.

San Jose Jr. Sharks 16U led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when San Jose Jr. Sharks 16U's Jackson DeWitt's scored at 3:12 in the third period to put San Jose Jr. Sharks 16U up 5-2.

Carson Kelley and Tyson McLellan provided the spark for San Jose Jr. Sharks 16U, combining for three goals and three assists. Kelley racked up two goals and one assist and McLellan also notched one goal and two assists.
