Beard's goals lift Lansing Capitals 16U to 5-1 victory over Atlanta Fire 16U

Behind a great game by Wyatt Beard, who had two goals, Lansing Capitals 16U defeated Atlanta Fire 16U, 5-1.

Beard's tallies came on the power play at 7:57 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Lansing Capitals 16U and 6:38 into the second to make the score 3-1 Lansing Capitals 16U.

Lansing Capitals 16U excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances.
