The Kittson Central Wolfpack had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 4-1 win over the Red Lake Falls Eagles.

Kittson Central was led by Nick Kasprowicz, who finished with one goal. Kasprowicz scored 9:00 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Kittson Central.

The Wolfpack forced Red Lake Falls goalie Wyatt Casavan to work between the pipes, taking 31 shots.

Kittson Central also got points from Zach Gatheridge, who also grabbed two goals and one assist to lead the team in points. Carson Thorsteinson also scored for Kittson Central. Other players who recorded assists for Kittson Central were Kyle Petersburg, who had two and Anders Lindegard and Blair Younggren, who each chipped in one.

Red Lake Falls also got a goal from Lars Brevik as well.

Kittson Central's Tucker Cosley stopped 16 shots out of the 17 that he faced. The Wolfpack finished the contest with no penalties and went 0-for-0 with the man advantage. Wyatt Casavan made 27 saves for the Eagles on 31 shots. Red Lake Falls ended with no penalties and went 0-for-0 on the power play.
