The St. Paul Academy/Mounds Park Acad Spartans could not stop the Blake School Bears' Mark Lyman, who tallied a hat trick in a 4-0 win.

Lyman notched his first tally 6:03 into the first period. He then added goals at 2:58 into the second and at 4:42 into the third.

Jackson Norris spearheaded the defensive effort for Blake School, as he did not allow a puck past him and made 28 saves for the shutout. The solid play of Norris will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 5.01.

The Bears excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. Blake School's offense rang up 33 shots on St. Paul Academy/Mounds Park Acad's net.

Blake School also got points from Christopher Chute, who also finished with one goal and two assists. More assists for Blake School came via Crey Banks and Johnny Ferguson, who each chipped in one.
