Team Comcast (mm) beats Cleveland Barons (mm) 6-5 after comeback scare

Team Comcast (mm) survived a determined comeback attempt by Cleveland Barons (mm) on the way to a 6-5 win.

A goal by Stanislav Khokhlov put Team Comcast (mm) up 6-3 in the third period, but Cleveland Barons (mm) pulled to within one on Brandon Schultz's tally 15:08 into the third period.

Michael Merulla had one goal and two assists to lead Team Comcast (mm). Merulla scored 6:30 into the second period to make the score 4-3 Team Comcast (mm). Colin Valentine assisted on the tally.

Team Comcast (mm)'s penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Cleveland Barons (mm) power plays. Team Comcast (mm) kept Cleveland Barons (mm)'s goalie busy throughout the game, and Bobby Dugan made 25 saves on 31 shots.

Team Comcast (mm) additionally got points from Valentine, who also registered one goal and one assist. Ryan Conlin also scored for Team Comcast (mm). Other players who recorded assists for Team Comcast (mm) were Nick Polsinelli, who had three and Michael Ufberg and Nick Bohatiuk, who each chipped in one.

Team Comcast (mm) was unable to stop Cleveland Barons (mm) from sending pucks towards the net, and Cleveland Barons (mm) eventually piled up 33 shots on goal.

Cleveland Barons (mm) also got points from Nicolas Carbone, who also registered one goal and one assist. Cleveland Barons (mm) also got a goal from Gordie Myer as well.
