Charlie Huminski racked up one point to lead the Minnetonka Skippers to a 4-1 victory over the Hopkins Royals.

Minnetonka stifled Hopkins' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. By firing 45 shots on goal, the Skippers exceeded the 6.7 shots they average per game this year.

Minnetonka also got points from Max Coatta, who also grabbed two goals and one assist to lead the team in points. Tommy Brandabur also scored for Minnetonka. In addition, Minnetonka received assists from Connor Thie, Jared Ridge, and Austin Burt, who each chipped in one and Tommy Vannelli and Jack Ramsey, who contributed two a piece.

Hopkins was led by Jonah Shoemaker-Gagnon, who scored the team's only goal. Shoemaker-Gagnon scored 4:30 into the third period to make the score 1-1. Jim Copouls assisted on the tally.
