Johnson beat Derek Hirsch with a shot 1:15 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Hibbing / Chisholm. Cole Schafer assisted on the tally. Johnson dished an assist on Colten Perkins's goal that made the score 2-0 Hibbing / Chisholm at 6:04 into the first period.
