Huge game by Christen boosts St. Cloud Apollo over Northern Lakes, 8-5Breezy Point Ice Arena Tue, Jan 08, 2013 Jared Christen had one goal and four assists to lead the St. Cloud Apollo Eagles to an 8-5 victory over the Northern Lakes Lightning. Christen beat Mitch Stangel with a shot 2:57 into the first period on the power play to make the score 1-0 St. Cloud Apollo. Northern Lakes had gained a power play chance when Christen was whistled for slashing. Gaven Bickford picked up the assist.St. Cloud Apollo's offense rang up 44 shots on the Lightning's net.
