Richfield beats Robbinsdale Cooper 8-5 as Krohn gets hat trickRichfield Thu, Dec 13, 2012 The Robbinsdale Cooper Hawks could not stop the Richfield Spartans' Kevin Krohn, who tallied a hat trick in an 8-5 win. Krohn's first goal came 12:42 into the first period. He then added goals at 14:25 into the second and at 15:24 into the second.Richfield stifled Robbinsdale Cooper's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Spartans kept the Hawks' goalie busy throughout the game, and Angel Hillstrom made 36 saves on 44 shots. Richfield outdid its season average for goals scored. The Spartans have scored at the pace of 3.0 goals per game during the current campaign.
