The Fergus Falls Otters pulled out a 5-4 (OT) overtime victory over the Red Wing Wingers on a clutch goal by Joe Nathe.

Fergus Falls came back from a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. The Otters was down 4-2 after a goal by Red Wing's Nick Sammon at 6:14 in the third period. Fergus Falls knotted things up at 4-4 on a goal by Zach Tarczon at 13:09 in the third period.

Tarczon and Nathe provided the spark for the Otters, combining for three goals and one assist. Tarczon tallied two goals and one assist and Nathe also added one goal.

Fergus Falls stifled the Wingers' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Otters kept Red Wing's goalie busy throughout the game, and Adam Defore made 29 saves on 34 shots.

Fergus Falls additionally got points from Austin Hanson, who also racked up one goal and one assist and Colton Buseth, who also had one goal and one assist. More assists for Fergus Falls came via Aidan Colling, who had two.

Fergus Falls was unable to stop the Wingers from sending pucks towards the net, and Red Wing eventually piled up 40 shots on goal.

Red Wing also got points from Taylor Hanson, who also finished with one goal and one assist and Ryan Rehder, who also tallied one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Other players who recorded assists for Red Wing were Kyle LaPorte and Alex Rezansoff, who each chipped in one.
