Gorowsky nets hat trick, leads Centennial to 6-1 win over Osseo

The Osseo Orioles could not stop the Centennial Cougars' Ryner Gorowsky, who tallied a hat trick in a 6-1 win.

Gorowsky notched his first tally 9:34 into the first period. He then added goals at 13:46 into the first and at 10:10 into the third.

Centennial led 4-0 after the opening frame the first period and maintained a healthy margin after.

The Cougars' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Osseo power plays. Centennial surpassed its usual scoring output this season. The Cougars average 3.7 goals per game. By firing 39 shots on goal, Centennial exceeded the 2.0 shots it averages per game this year.

Centennial also got points from Andrew Bertrand, who also had two goals and one assist. Centennial also got a goal from Kenny Sinna as well. More assists for Centennial came via Hans Gorowsky, who had three and Wyatt Close, Colin Hughes, and Adam Anderson, who each chipped in one.

Osseo could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 14 minutes in penalties during the game.

Patrick Munson recorded 23 saves for the Cougars. Centennial incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Alex Otto made 33 saves for the Orioles on 39 shots.
