Champlin Park and Osseo could not settle their match and fought to a 2-2 tie.

The Orioles were unable to stop the Rebels from sending pucks towards the net, and Champlin Park eventually piled up 34 shots on goal.

The Rebels were helped by Bryce Plunkett, who tallied one goal. Plunkett scored 8:35 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Calvin Spencer assisted on the tally. Reese Woods also scored for Champlin Park.

Osseo excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in six chances.

The Orioles were helped by Drake Stimpson, who had one goal. Stimpson scored 35 seconds into the third period to make the score 2-2. AJ Lyons picked up the assist. Osseo also got a goal from Seth Younkers as well.

Champlin Park's Grant Schuenke stopped 19 shots out of the 21 that he faced. The Rebels ended with 25 minutes in penalty time with five minors and one major. For Champlin Park, Danny Eggerichs was ejected from the game. Connor Dahlberg rejected 32 shots on goal for Osseo. The Orioles totaled 36 minutes in penalty time with three minors and two majors and went 1-for-5 on the power play. Team's Tyler Stroh and Tyler Sims were slapped with misconducts and ejected from the game.
