The Osseo Orioles pulled out a 3-2 (OT) overtime victory over the Robbinsdale Armstrong Falcons on a clutch goal by AJ Lyons.

Osseo was paced by Lyons, who racked up one goal. Lyons scored 6:36 into overtime to make the score 3-2 Osseo.

The Orioles stifled Robbinsdale Armstrong's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Rudy Alexander also scored for Osseo. Other players who recorded assists for Osseo were Drake Stimpson, who had two and Chris Madsen and Mason Hautala, who each chipped in one.

The Falcons forced Osseo goalie Connor Dahlberg to work between the pipes, taking 46 shots.

Robbinsdale Armstrong was led by Kristian Evans, who finished with one goal and one assist. Evans scored 15:52 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Robbinsdale Armstrong. Jack McDonough provided the assist. Robbinsdale Armstrong also got a goal from Ben Hansen as well. In addition, Robbinsdale Armstrong received assists from Christopher Arneson, who had one.

Dahlberg recorded 44 saves for the Orioles. Osseo totaled 11 minutes in penalty time with three minors and one major and went 1-for-4 on the power play. The Falcons' Grant Mathiason stopped 27 shots out of the 30 that he faced. Robbinsdale Armstrong incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
