The Rosemount Irish relied on the sparkling performance of Tom Fraune in net to grab a 2-1 win against the Lakeville North Panthers.

Rosemount was paced by Ted Schultz, who racked up one goal. Schultz scored 8:15 into the third period to make the score 2-1 Rosemount.

Rosemount also got a goal from Austin Anderson as well. In addition, Rosemount received assists from Lukas Gillett and Luke Meade, who each chipped in one.

Lakeville North forced the Irish goalie Fraune to work between the pipes, taking 43 shots.

The Panthers were led by Connor Hyden, who scored the team's only goal. Hyden scored 10:57 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Lakeville North. Matt Ostdiek assisted on the tally.

Rosemount's Fraune stopped 42 shots out of the 43 that he faced. The Irish incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Will Dupont recorded 17 saves for Lakeville North. The Panthers incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
