The Eagan Wildcats' Zach Glienke scored 3:11 into overtime to beat the Lakeville North Panthers, 5-4 (OT).

Eagan got the win behind a great game by Glienke, who had two goals and one assist. Glienke scored the first of his two goals at 1:32 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Eagan. Tommy Muck picked up the assist. Glienke's next tally made the score 5-4 Eagan with 16:49 left in overtime. Cullen Willox provided the assist.

Eagan also had goals scored by Will Peterson, who had one and Jack Jenson, who had two. Other players who recorded assists for Eagan were Nick Wolff, who had one.

Lakeville North was helped by Ian Klotz, who racked up one goal. Klotz scored 1:47 into the third period to make the score 4-3 Lakeville North. Nick Poehling picked up the assist. Lakeville North additionally got points from Jack Diercks, who also tallied one goal and one assist and Poehling, who also registered one goal and one assist. Matthew Arnold also scored for Lakeville North. More assists for Lakeville North came via Tristan Hazlett, who had two and Jack Poehling, Jack Sadek, and Jack McNeely, who each chipped in one.

The Wildcats' Andrew Lindgren stopped 17 shots out of the 21 that he faced. Eagan incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Will Dupont made 23 saves for the Panthers on 28 shots. Lakeville North incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
