The Bloomington Jefferson Jaguars' Jono Lindquist scored 3:01 into overtime to beat the Eastview Lightning, 3-2 (OT).

Bloomington Jefferson got the win behind a great game by Lindquist, who had two goals and one assist. Lindquist scored the first of his two goals at 6:02 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Bloomington Jefferson. Lindquist's next tally made the score 3-2 Bloomington Jefferson with 16:59 left in overtime. Johnny Panvica provided the assist.

The Jaguars forced Eastview goalie Matthew Montgomery to work between the pipes, taking 41 shots.

Bloomington Jefferson also got points from Panvica, who also had one goal and one assist. Other players who recorded assists for Bloomington Jefferson were Charlie Straus, who had one.

The Lightning kept Bloomington Jefferson's goalie busy throughout the game, and Grant Martens made 35 saves on 37 shots.

Eastview was helped by Nick Abbott, who finished with one goal. Abbott scored on the power play 6:30 into the third period to make the score 2-2. Mitch Beattie assisted on the tally. Ryan McNamara also scored for Eastview. In addition, Eastview received assists from Jake McGlocklin, who had one.

The Jaguars incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors and had no power play opportunities. The Lightning's Montgomery stopped 38 shots out of the 41 that he faced. Eastview ended with no penalties and went 1-for-4 on the power play.
