Rogala lifts Forest Lake over Roseville, 3-0

Cody Rogala had two goals to lead the Forest Lake Rangers to a 3-0 victory over the Roseville Raiders.

Rogala's tallies came at 50 seconds into the second period to make the score 1-0 Forest Lake and 9:04 into the second to make the score 2-0 Forest Lake.

Jesse Garcia frustrated Roseville's offense all game, and stopped 28 shots en route to a shutout. The solid play of Garcia will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 2.95.

The Raiders were unable to stop Forest Lake from sending pucks towards the net, and the Rangers eventually piled up 36 shots on goal.

Forest Lake also got a goal from Trevor Thompson as well. More assists for Forest Lake came via Alex Egle, who had two and Clayton Dahly, Weston Kilpela, and Kyle Parker, who each chipped in one.

Roseville did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. The Raiders average 4.2 goals per game.

Forest Lake incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Zach Larson recorded 33 saves for Roseville. The Raiders incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
