Dodge County downs St. Paul Highland Park, 3-0

Spencer Senn racked up two points to lead the Dodge County Wildcats to a 3-0 victory over the St. Paul Highland Park Scots.

Dodge County stifled St. Paul Highland Park's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Wildcats kept the Scots' goalie busy throughout the game, and Howie Sands made 38 saves on 41 shots.

Dodge County also got a goal from Tanner Dufault as well. In addition, Dodge County received assists from Thor Knutson and Bryan Knesel, who contributed one a piece.

St. Paul Highland Park managed to stay out of the box better than usual, finishing with one minor for two minutes in penalty time. The Scots ended up below its season average of 9.0 penalty minutes per game. St. Paul Highland Park found itself stymied offensively, and got off a mere 11 shots against Dodge County's defense.

Mitch Sobotta made 11 saves for the Wildcats on 11 shots. Dodge County incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. The Scots registered zero goals on five power play opportunities.
