Henry Christman registered two points to lead the Minneapolis Novas to a 3-0 victory over the Legacy Christian Academy Lions.

Minneapolis excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. The Novas kept Legacy Christian Academy's goalie busy throughout the game, and Tanner Balk made 32 saves on 35 shots.

Joe Guimont also scored for Minneapolis. More assists for Minneapolis came via Tony Pnewski and Josh Huisken, who each chipped in two.

The Lions could not produce up to they normal offensive output. Legacy Christian Academy averages 4.5 goals per game.

TJ Moseley made 21 saves for Minneapolis on 21 shots. The Novas incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. The Lions incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
