Rochester Mayo downs Austin, 4-1

Max Whitney had two points to lead the Rochester Mayo Spartans to a 4-1 victory over the Austin Packers.

Austin was unable to stop Rochester Mayo from sending pucks towards the net, and the Spartans eventually piled up 58 shots on goal.

Rochester Mayo additionally got points from Adam Alcott, who also finished with one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Justyn Sweet also scored for Rochester Mayo. More assists for Rochester Mayo came via Nolan Edwards, who had one and Ryan Martin, who had two.

The Packers avoided man-down situations, totaling one major for 15 minutes in penalty time. The total was was till above Austin's average of 8.0 minutes in penalty time per game. The Packers were held below their usual level of production. Austin puts an average of 3.3 pucks into the net per game.
