North Shore was paced by Nick Johnson, who registered one goal. Johnson scored on the power play 1:48 into the first period to make the score 2-0 North Shore. Corey Johnson provided the assist. North Shore outdid its season average for goals scored. This season, North Shore averages 4.1 goals per contest. North Shore capitalized on Moose Lake Area's penalties, netting two goals while skating with a man advantage.
