Rochester John Marshall outlasts Mankato West, 4-3

The game between the Rochester John Marshall Rockets and the Mankato West Scarlets was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end Rochester John Marshall emerged with a 4-3 win.

No lead was more than one goal during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Nick Paulson at 3:22 of the third period.

Hunter Heightland had two goals to lead the Rockets to victory. Heightland's tallies came at 16:02 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Rochester John Marshall and on the power play 11:25 into the second to make the score 3-2 Rochester John Marshall.

Rochester John Marshall additionally got points from Paulson, who also grabbed one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Cole Donahue also scored for Rochester John Marshall. Other players who recorded assists for Rochester John Marshall were Gavin Sandwick, who had two and Alex Lovett and Sam Broman, who contributed one a piece.
