Melbourne Ice had a four-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-1 win over Adelaide Adrenaline.

Melbourne Ice pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 24 penalty minutes.

Melbourne Ice was led by Lucy Parrington, who grabbed one goal and one assist. Parrington scored on the power play 7:56 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Melbourne Ice. Sarah Teed provided the assist.
