Melbourne Ice pulls away in second, rolls over Brisbane Goannas, 7-0

Brisbane Goannas allowed Melbourne Ice to net three goals during the second period and fell, 7-0.

Melbourne Ice got the win on the strength of a great game by Nicole Tritter, who had one goal and three assists. Tritter scored short handed 7:13 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Melbourne Ice. Melbourne Ice played down a man on Shona Green's interference.
