Huge game by Santo boosts Tennyson Chevrolet over Rhinelander Street Cats, 10-3

Behind a great game by Ryan Santo, who had four goals and one assist, Tennyson Chevrolet defeated Rhinelander Street Cats, 10-3.

Santo got on the scoresheet 14:34 into the second period. He then added goals at 17:17 into the second, at 1:02 into the third, and at 10:17 into the third.

Tennyson Chevrolet stifled Rhinelander Street Cats' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Tennyson Chevrolet's offense rang up 76 shots on Rhinelander Street Cats' net. Tennyson Chevrolet surpassed its usual scoring output this season. This season, Tennyson Chevrolet averages 4.9 goals per contest.

Tennyson Chevrolet also got points from Joseph Matyaszek, who also racked up one goal and two assists, Ryan Brown, who also grabbed one goal and one assist, and James Smith, who also tallied one goal and two assists. Tennyson Chevrolet also had goals scored by Jeffrey Kuhary, who had one and Zachary Wiacek, who had two. Other players who recorded assists for Tennyson Chevrolet were Robert Danyo, who had one, Thomas Emery and Cal Jesko, who contributed two a piece, and Kenneth Winter and Bobby Domin, who each chipped in three.

Rhinelander Street Cats put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Tennyson Chevrolet to score on any of its six power plays.

Rhinelander Street Cats was helped by Peter Carlin, who had one goal. Carlin scored 4:06 into the second period to make the score 3-1 Rhinelander Street Cats. Devin Vanderwyk picked up the assist. Rhinelander Street Cats also got a goal from Sergey Deev as well. More assists for Rhinelander Street Cats came via Dmitry Lvov and Todd Houtari, who contributed one a piece.

Dominik Corredino recorded 25 saves for Tennyson Chevrolet. Tennyson Chevrolet incurred 22 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Spencer Brasswell made 66 saves for Rhinelander Street Cats on 76 shots. Rhinelander Street Cats totaled 33 minutes in penalty time with four minors and one major and went 0-for-5 on the power play.
