Kerr nets hat trick, leads Hartland Hounds to 6-3 win over Holland River Bandits

Thomas Kerr netted a hat trick to lead Hartland Hounds over Holland River Bandits, 6-3.

Kerr's first goal came 9:01 into the first period. He then added goals at 9:17 into the first and at 13:55 into the first.

Hartland Hounds' offense rang up 67 shots on Holland River Bandits' net.

Hartland Hounds also got points from Cameron Fisher, who also had one goal and one assist, Cameron Miglia, who also registered one goal and two assists, and Jacob Henrikson, who also racked up one goal and one assist. In addition, Hartland Hounds received assists from Max Biggings and Tyler Thirlby, who contributed one a piece.

Holland River Bandits avoided man-down situations well, racking up one major for five minutes in penalty time. Holland River Bandits ended up below its season average of 28.0 penalty minutes per game.

Holland River Bandits was led by Alexander Devries, who registered two goals and one assist. Devries scored the first of his two goals at 13:24 into the first period to make the score 4-1 Hartland Hounds. Abram Prince assisted on the tally.
