Drulia's big game bests NWO Grrrowl in 8-6 Soo Firehawks win

Soo Firehawks' Alexander Drulia had a big offensive game, scoring four goals and contributing one assist in his team's 8-6 win over NWO Grrrowl.

Drulia notched his first tally 6:05 into the second period. He then added goals at 14:32 into the second, at 17:27 into the third, and at 19:46 into the third.

Soo Firehawks' goal total was higher than its season average. Soo Firehawks averages 5.6 goals per game. Soo Firehawks cashed in on power play opportunities, scoring three goals on three chances. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

Soo Firehawks additionally got points from Kevin Killips, who also finished with two goals and one assist. Soo Firehawks also got a goal from Andrew Holder as well. Keegan McGraw made seven saves before being replaced by Brandon Hansen, who took the win and made eight saves. Soo Firehawks incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with eight minors. Vincent Ryckman rejected 19 shots on goal for NWO Grrrowl. NWO Grrrowl totaled 17 minutes in penalty time with six minors and one major and went 1-for-4 on the power play.
