Hartland Hounds survives Tennyson Chevrolet comeback, wins 4-3

Tennyson Chevrolet tried its best to erase a three-goal deficit, but Hartland Hounds would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 4-3.

Hartland Hounds took a 3-0 lead during the first period, only to have Tennyson Chevrolet storm back on a Joseph Matyaszek goal 1:22 into the third period to pull to one goal down.

Jacob Henrikson had two goals to lead Hartland Hounds to victory. Henrikson found the back of the net on the power play 2:23 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Hartland Hounds and again while 15:43 into the third to make the score 4-3 Hartland Hounds.

Tennyson Chevrolet was unable to stop Hartland Hounds from sending pucks towards the net, and Hartland Hounds eventually piled up 31 shots on goal.

Hartland Hounds also got a goal from Brad Savard as well. In addition, Hartland Hounds received assists from Zachary Bodziak, who had four and Jared Vincek and Alexander Grizzel, who each chipped in one.

Tennyson Chevrolet kept Hartland Hounds' goalie busy throughout the game, and Andrew Brownlee made 36 saves on 39 shots.

Zachary Wiacek also scored for Tennyson Chevrolet. Other players who recorded assists for Tennyson Chevrolet were Robert Danyo, Michael Cruse, and Cal Jesko, who contributed one a piece.

Hartland Hounds incurred 22 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Christopher Boyd made 27 saves for Tennyson Chevrolet on 31 shots. Tennyson Chevrolet incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with nine minors.
