Leonard leads Valley Warriors EJ over Tampa Juniors, 11-0

Nicholas Leonard was all over the ice for Valley Warriors EJ, as he tallied four goals and one assist in Valley Warriors EJ's 11-0 win over Tampa Juniors.

Leonard notched his first tally 9:40 into the first period. He then added goals at 19:16 into the first, at 2:33 into the second, and at 16:06 into the second.

Valley Warriors EJ made Tampa Juniors' netminders to work between the pipes, getting 31 shots and forcing 20 saves. Braxton Schulz made 13 stops and Hunter Tetreault made seven. Valley Warriors EJ put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Tampa Juniors to score on any of its three power plays. Valley Warriors EJ surpassed its usual scoring output this season. This season, Valley Warriors EJ averages 7.0 goals per contest.
