OTTAWA's Erin Sauve had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing one assist in her team's 4-1 win over BRAMPTON.

Sauve scored at 5:17 into the first period to make the score 2-0 OTTAWA and again while 5:18 into the second to make the score 3-0 OTTAWA.

OTTAWA was led by goalie Sarah McGall, who finished with 31 saves while allowing one goal. McGall managed to improve on her goals against average, which stood at 2.6 prior to the game.

OTTAWA's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on six BRAMPTON power plays.

OTTAWA additionally got points from Katelyn Fournier, who also tallied one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Mackenzie Coney also scored for OTTAWA. Other players who recorded assists for OTTAWA were Amanda Titus, Samantha Morell, and Rebecca Leslie, who each chipped in one.

BRAMPTON excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. BRAMPTON's offense rang up 32 shots on OTTAWA's net.

BRAMPTON was led by Chelsea Ball (pu), who scored the team's only goal. Ball (pu) scored 14:16 into the second period to make the score 3-1 OTTAWA. Laura Magliocchi provided the assist.
