Brooke Gibson recorded a shutout against BARRIE as BLUEWATER picked up a 4-0 win.

BLUEWATER was sparked by Kaila Pinkney, who finished with one goal. Pinkney scored 5:04 into the first period to make the score 1-0 BLUEWATER. Shailyn Waites provided the assist.

BLUEWATER put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow BARRIE to score on any of its four power plays. BLUEWATER forced BARRIE goalie Lexi Brown to work between the pipes, taking 34 shots.

BLUEWATER additionally got points from Lauren Lefler, who also registered one goal and two assists to lead the team in points and Taylor Philip, who also grabbed one goal and one assist.
