Sydney McKibbon (C) tallied two points to lead STONEY CREEK to a 3-1 victory over BLUEWATER.

STONEY CREEK put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow BLUEWATER to score on any of its three power plays.

STONEY CREEK also got points from Madison Field, who also grabbed one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. STONEY CREEK also got a goal from Madison Brown as well. In addition, STONEY CREEK received assists from Sarah Nurse (A), who had two and Olivia Atkinson and MacAuley Carr, who contributed one a piece.

BLUEWATER could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 14 minutes in penalties during the game.

BLUEWATER was led by Morgan McCann, who scored the team's only goal. McCann scored 1:56 into the second period to make the score 1-0 BLUEWATER. Emily Woodhouse provided the assist.

STONEY CREEK's Brittany Smrke stopped 21 shots out of the 22 that she faced. STONEY CREEK incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Brooke Gibson recorded 13 saves for BLUEWATER.
