WATERLOO's Stephanie Sluys was a brick wall in net, as she came up with 29 saves and let only one puck past him. Sluys managed to improve on her goals against average, which stood at 2.92 prior to the game.

WATERLOO was sparked by Davidson, who registered one goal.
