CAMBRIDGE survived a determined comeback attempt by LONDON on the way to a 3-2 win. A goal by Taytum Clairmont put CAMBRIDGE up 3-1 in the third period, but LONDON pulled to within one on Brittany Howard's tally 17:26 into the third period. Clairmont had two goals to lead CAMBRIDGE to victory. LONDON was unable to stop CAMBRIDGE from sending pucks towards the net, and CAMBRIDGE eventually piled up 34 shots on goal. CAMBRIDGE also got a goal from Marcie Landman as well. In addition, CAMBRIDGE received assists from Emma Woods, who had two and Beatrice Harrietha, Angela MacDonald, Jessica Staats (A), and Brooklyn Irwin, who contributed one a piece. LONDON was helped by Lisa Downey, who finished with one goal. Downey scored 7:15 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Paige Horton assisted on the tally. LONDON also got points from Howard, who also had one goal and one assist. Other players who recorded assists for LONDON were Mariah-Leigh Fell, who had one. Jenna Sosnoski recorded 22 saves for CAMBRIDGE. CAMBRIDGE incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. LONDON's Jessica Dodds stopped 31 shots out of the 34 that she faced. LONDON incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
