Heather Tillsley had two goals and one assist to lead AURORA to a 5-2 victory over WATERLOO.

Tillsley scored at 3:01 into the first period to make the score 1-0 AURORA and again while 3:04 into the second to make the score 3-0 AURORA.

AURORA also got points from Courtney Brindamour-McClure(A), who also had one goal and two assists and Brianna Veerman(A), who also registered one goal and one assist. AURORA also got a goal from Caroline DeBruin(A) as well. Other players who recorded assists for AURORA were Alie Brindamour-McClure(A), who had two and Jacky Normandeau and Paula Voorheis, who each chipped in one.

WATERLOO stifled AURORA's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

WATERLOO was helped by Laura Irwin, who grabbed one goal and one assist. Irwin scored 6:49 into the third period to make the score 5-1 AURORA. Taylor Walker assisted on the tally. Dollee Meigs also scored for WATERLOO. More assists for WATERLOO came via Amber Sealey, who had two.

Voorheis rejected 18 shots on goal for AURORA. AURORA incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Laura Deller recorded 25 saves for WATERLOO. WATERLOO incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
