BLUEWATER could not stop KINGSTON's Alysha Burriss, who tallied a hat trick in a 4-2 win.

Burriss' first goal came 9:17 into the second period. He then added goals at 14:55 into the second and at 10:00 into the third.

KINGSTON also got a goal from Amy Mountenay (C) as well. More assists for KINGSTON came via Megan Simpson (A), who had three and Laura Turcotte, Megan MacLeod, Shelby Perry (A), Christi McKinney, and Brianna Gaffney, who each chipped in one.

BLUEWATER kept KINGSTON's goalie busy throughout the game, and Jensen Murphy made 35 saves on 37 shots.

BLUEWATER was helped by Brittany Taylor, who finished with one goal. Taylor scored 8:35 into the first period to make the score 1-0 BLUEWATER. Shailyn Waites picked up the assist. Brooke Hartwick also scored for BLUEWATER. Other players who recorded assists for BLUEWATER were Sydney Dobbin and Lauren Lefler, who contributed one a piece.

KINGSTON incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Sasha Weekes rejected 14 shots on goal for BLUEWATER. BLUEWATER incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
