The LaSalle Vipers fell to the St. Thomas Stars, 7-3. Referees had their hands full with a major incident at 29 seconds into the second period. Eight fighting penalties were dished out along with seven game misconducts. St. Thomas racked up the penalties in the contest, and ended with seven minors and three majors for 59 minutes in penalty time.
