Behind one goal from Dima Lavrenov and two goals Zack Deconilys, the Port Colborne Pirates downed the Buffalo Jr. Blades 7-4. Lavrenov scored 2:49 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Port Colborne. DYLAN BURDICK assisted on the tally. Deconilys scored the first of his two goals at 13:11 into the second period to make the score 4-2 Port Colborne. Dayne Phillips provided the assist. Deconilys' next tally made the score 6-4 Port Colborne with 7:35 left in the third period. Port Colborne earned a power play opportunity when Tyler Gallagher was put in the box for cross checking. Lavrenov assisted on the tally.The Pirates' offense rang up 49 shots on Buffalo's net. Port Colborne bested its season scoring average.
