The St. Catharines Falcons beat the Stoney Creek Warriors, 3-1, in a contest where the winning goal was scored in the first period but the game remained close throughout. A goal 2:30 into the the first period by Mitch Bennett proved to be the game winner, and powered St. Catharines to the victory Koddi Quick assisted on the tally.The Falcons were led by Tyler Jackson, who finished with one goal. Jackson scored 4:29 into the first period to make the score 2-0 St. Catharines. Jesse Miller provided the assist.
