Behind a great game by Devin Loe, who had two goals, the Fairbanks Ice Dogs defeated the Fresno Monsters, 7-3. Loe's tallies came at 5:34 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Fairbanks and 5:51 into the second to make the score 4-2 Fairbanks.Fairbanks' goal total was higher than its season average. The Ice Dogs average 3.3 goals per game. The 40 shots that Fairbanks put on net surpassed the Ice Dogs' average of 27.2 shots per game this season. Others who scored for Fairbanks included Brett Gervais, who had two and Garret Clemment, who had three. In addition, Fairbanks received assists from Kyle Lee, who had one and Logan Wendling, Colton Wolter, Jayson Angus, and Lonnie Clary, who contributed two a piece.
