The Bismarck Bobcats used a sparkling performance by Aaron Nelson to take down the Minot Minotauros, as the netminder did not allow a goal in Bismarck's 3-0 shutout victory. Adam Knochenmus had two goals to lead the Bobcats to victory. Knochenmus' tallies came at 5:08 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Bismarck and 18:15 into the third to make the score 3-0 Bismarck.
