Brett Heikkila racked up one point to lead the Texas Tornado to a 5-2 victory over the Odessa Jackalopes.

With 37 shots on target during the contest, Texas exceeded the 28.8 shots it averages per game this year.

Texas additionally got points from Brandon Platt, who also registered one goal and one assist and CJ Reuschlein, who also tallied one goal and one assist.
