Tyler Dunagan had two points to lead the Jamestown Ironmen to a 4-1 victory over the Corpus Christi IceRays. Jamestown put 36 shots on net during the contest, more than the 29.0 it averages per game. Jamestown also got points from Ross Pavek, who also tallied one goal and one assist. Jamestown also got a goal from Jeff McFarland as well. In addition, Jamestown received assists from Payden Mielke and Kenny Curtis, who each chipped in one. Corpus Christi was led by Ian McGilvrey, who scored the team's only goal. McGilvrey scored on the power play 16:13 into the third period to make the score 3-1 Jamestown. The IceRays earned a power play opportunity when Ryan Urso was put in the box for slashing. Travis Maxwell picked up the assist. Tim Shaughnessy recorded 21 saves for the Ironmen. Jamestown incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Jett Salinas made 32 saves for Corpus Christi on 35 shots. The IceRays incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
